Well Bachelorette fans, what do we think about Reid Bubble Bath Bing getting the boot? I think Reid and Jill are adorable together BUT as one of our very perceptive producers put it, “he’s a boy not a man!” But he’s such a darned cute boy with his crinkly eyes! Bing apparently didn’t have the throw down quality Jilly likes in her bad boys. No edge to the sweetheart. I personally think Reid and Jill have better chemistry than Jill does with Kiptynite, but that man seems to have a superpower hold on her! He is also built like an superhero. Abs of steel. Kiptynite for Bachelor!
Let’s move on to Richie. Or should I call him Edward. What to say about the overnight tragedy?
Obviously Ed has enough substance for Jill to keep him around in spite of a date that went from *hot hot hot* in the bedroom to cold and alone on the balcony. Let’s give the guy a break – who wants to be intimate for the first time with a crew of cameramen and producers sitting in a “fantasy” suite scrutinizing your ever move? Ed is a Technology Consultant, not Ron Jeremy. Weird and awkward. No wonder Ed fizzled under pressure.
I’m still on Team Ed.
PS – How about those spectacular green short shorts Ed was sporting in Maui? Wow. It takes a daring man to wear shorts that short.

Loved Ed’s mankini!
July 14th, 2009 at 5:34 pmHi Jill. I think Jillian made the right call in sending Reid home. If a guy can’t tell a girl he wants to be with her in Hawaii then something isn’t right. It’s kinda sad because they did have great chemistry. I can’t see Jillian picking Kiptyn over Ed in the final… if she does I think Kiptyn will be gone in six months anyways. So hooray for team Ed. Ed seems like a normal level headed guy that would still be in Jillian’s life 30 years from now. Jillian could also help him update his wardrobe and modernize the green shorts look for their next trip to Maui.
July 15th, 2009 at 12:10 amHello Jill!
What a night! Damn I wish Reid McBing would have just said how he was feeling… truly… like he said in the limo…although those darn teazers are leading me to believe something else tres fabulous is going to happen on the grand finale… perhaps Mr.Bing will turn back, confess his undying love in a last ditch attempt to win his lady love over (what’s to lose now…if you feel it, go for it!!). He and Jillian were so cute and giggly together, she shone around him!! Was it me, or did she get even prettier when she was crying about Reid leaving?? The chemistry in Spain…laughing at how horrible they both were at “trying” to speak Spanish…Good times!
Wow, this show is so full of heartaches and heartbreaks.
I hear ya on the Ed front. Although I also expect that the sun-and-sand-exhaustiveness of the day probably didn’t help either. I remember when my hubby and I got married in Kuaui HI, after a long day in the heat, then pictures, dinner… all of those things…I can barely remember if we “got it on” that night…(but don’t tell him that, giggle)
So… Ed it is! Unless of course my masterful imaginings about the Reid-McBing comeback prove to be true… then it’s anybody’s game… except Kiptyn…Yep, I think he’s “not” going to be the last man standing!
Later Gator!
