Back to School Gadgets for Parents

It’s almost time for the kids to return to the classroom! While there are plenty of ‘Back to School’ guides out there for the kids, this one focuses on the parents. If you’re nervous about your child walking to school for the first time, or concerned about who they may be hanging out with at school you’ll want to check out some of my high tech suggestions.

Some of the devices I talk about are controversial. If you do plan on using them make sure you talk to your children about them and explain why. That way they won’t accuse you of spying on them.

    Good Morning Mike;
    I was watching the show this morning and now I find myself in front of the computer commenting for my first time to a blog. The world of technology is not one I spend a lot of time in. I am a creation of Mother Nature and that is where you will find me most of the time. I am recently divorced and we have two boys from the marriage. My oldest son is a gadget guy like yourself. He spends a great deal of time in front of the computer and playing with all of his electronic gadgets. I have even found myself locked out of my own computer, thanks to my technical wizard of a son. I learn a lot from him as well. I am finding it hard to keep up with what he is doing online and else where now that I only spend every other week with my boys. My youngest son will now have to get himself to a new school via city transit and this is of some concern to me as well. Both of the gadgets that you showcased today might help me with some of my worries. Anyway it is always fun to watch the products that you bring to the masses. Keep up the good work, I like your style.
