April 15th, 2009 at 9:17 amHello Mike. I am a Flight Dispatcher for a major Calgary owned airline. I also teach weather to pilots and new dispatchers. What a fantastic tool this would be to see how the frontal systems move and how clouds develop and dissapate.
April 15th, 2009 at 9:18 amAll this new technology is really incredible.
Thanks for all the heads up on new stuff.

Good Morning Mike, please could you enter my name to win the garden watch camera it looks like fun. I have always enjoyed time lapse photography especially with sky scenes. As a kid I would spend hours looking at the clouds and day dreaming. Thanks for all your gadget reviews they are great, I have used some of your ideas for gifts.

This looks like the perfect gift for my father-in-law he LOVES his plants and would love to see what they were up to when he was at work! What a cool Idea!
April 15th, 2009 at 9:21 amI would use it to see how my 7 month old manages to get herself into the oddest sleeping positions. I think she knows how to crawl in her sleep, but when she is awake POOF! She forgets.
April 15th, 2009 at 9:22 amFor watching grass grow. UH! Not so much.
My sister in law is an ornothologist and my in laws love birds in their yard. I also have a friend who is an avid gardener.
I see opportunities for both of these products as gifts!

April 15th, 2009 at 9:26 amcool series of pics with this camera. it would be great fun to point at the vegetable garden to let the kids see it grow.
April 15th, 2009 at 9:29 amInteresting concept — it’s too bad it couldn’t trigger a flash of some kind though. The lack of light limits uses indoors although it could be a lot of fun as a fish cam.
April 15th, 2009 at 9:31 amOh, it is weather resistant, even better!
April 15th, 2009 at 9:34 amThis looks very interesting and educational. I would love to watch my garden grow this summer!

I have one of those red finches you showed in your video that sits in a lilac tree I have in front of my picture window and sings all day !! I realize it would be for personal use ( but I really enjoy all the practice I can get ). I hope one day to get to the point that I can own a photography & art business that will help support conservation & preservation, global warming, and the fight against poaching. note my email:
April 15th, 2009 at 10:11 amGlobal Rescue Photography & Art I think this neat gadget would really help me as being a ” post-agoraphobic ” I find nature & wildlife photography helps as therapy to get me out of the house. Thanx again Mike for all your cool info…my teenagers enjoy you too ! Have a wonderful day Mike…Little Linda
Good Morning Mike:
April 15th, 2009 at 10:20 amI wish I had this last week………………..our Amaryllis just opened up with 2 huge blooms……………….and I have been checking it out a few times a day to watch it’s progress. It only does this once every Spring, and I hate to miss it, after nurturing the bulbs all year.
Can you also let us know about the ” ClickFree” devices that can back up all of your computer files, and is the size of a small camera.
Thanks for the chance.
Dan

This is one awesome little gadget! Besides the obvious bird and garden applications, I think it has other uses around the house.
- documenting how the kids rooms evolve from clean to disaster zone within one week.
- house parties – set it up in the kitchen and get pix from first arrival to last one standing
- hockey playoffs – have the friends over and record the growing euphoria
- the dog – what does it really do when we are not home?
- mold – moist bread left in the bag…need more be said?
Cheers
